  • Avoid prolonged moisture exposure that may discolour leather. Blot gently with a clean cloth if needed.
  • Limit direct heat or sunlight over time which can dry or discolour leather.
  • When not wearing, store in a fabric dust bag out of light to rest the materials.

With a little care, our leathers gain character over time. For specialty cleaning or repairs, please contact a leather workshop.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with courier tracking details. You can track your order status by clicking the tracking link in the email or entering the tracking number on the courier's website. Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days to return or exchange your purchase. Please send your order details and reason for return to contact@florrielondon.com. We will email a prepaid return shipping label to send your item(s) back to us.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging materials. We cannot process returns if an item is worn, damaged, missing tags, or without original packaging. Customs fees may apply for international exchanges/returns.

Once received and checked at our warehouse, we will issue a refund in the original payment method. PayPal refunds are processed immediately; credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear depending on your card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

With proper care, a pair of Florrie's can stay in your wardrobe for generations. When the time comes, a cobbler can recondition our shoes to extend their lifespan.
