We offer complimentary standard shipping on all international orders. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are included in the final price with no additional charges upon delivery.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with courier tracking details. You can track your order status by clicking the tracking link in the email or entering the tracking number on the courier's website. Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days to return or exchange your purchase. Please send your order details and reason for return to contact@florrielondon.com. We will email a prepaid return shipping label to send your item(s) back to us.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging materials. We cannot process returns if an item is worn, damaged, missing tags, or without original packaging. Customs fees may apply for international exchanges/returns.
Once received and checked at our warehouse, we will issue a refund in the original payment method. PayPal refunds are processed immediately; credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear depending on your card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
